3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

- Client Inaction or Miscommunication: If services could not be completed due to a lack of communication or missing information from the client’s end, a refund is not available.
- Client Changes of Mind: If you change your mind about the service after purchase, the service fee will not be refundable.
- Violation of Terms: If the client violates any of USA SMM Network’s terms of service or misuses purchased accounts, the transaction is non-refundable.
- Third-Party Restrictions: Refunds will not be issued if a purchased account is restricted, banned, or terminated by a third-party platform due to policy violations after the account is delivered to the client.
4. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account, depending on your provider.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks without prior notice will be treated as policy violations, and USA SMM Network reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending future service eligibility.
